Are you a talented engineer looking for a challenging role in the maritime industry?

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our TA/MED Electrical, Automation & Navigation Systems section in Germany, focusing on ships' Control and Fire Systems.

In this position, you will:

  • Perform approval of components and integrated systems in accordance with international requirements and standards from IMO, IEC, ISO, and DNV rules.
  • Support customers with testing and design review.
  • Manage approval projects towards customers and be part of testing and verification with equipment manufacturers in a highly developing international maritime and naval industry.
  • Support DNV's local stations and sales force around the world and be involved in sales processes.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
  • Experience or interest in instrumentation, complex integrated systems, sensors, electronics, testing, simulations, and Human-Machine Interface, including control and monitoring systems.
  • Open-minded and eager to develop and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in working with marine standards and regulations.
  • Industry experience in the Maritime, Offshore, or Energy sectors is an advantage.
