Job Title: Desktop EUC L2

At Iron Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled Desktop EUC L2 to join our team. As a Desktop EUC L2, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for our desktop devices, including hardware, software, and connectivity incidents.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage desktop devices incidents through to resolution, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Provide IMAC and desk-side support services, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Support end-user desktops, laptops, network printers, cell phones, and other devices, utilizing SCCM for installation and SNOW for management.
  • Manage hard and soft break-fix services for laptops and desktops, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Provide standard and approved hardware and software support and maintenance on desktop devices for their entire lifecycle.
  • Analyze Service Desk calls and incident data to identify potential user training requirements and automation opportunities.
  • Ensure each desktop device is installed with the appropriate desktop image.
  • Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all desktop devices, taking appropriate action in case of non-compliance.
  • Provide VIP support for desk-side issues and serve as the point of contact for all IT-related issues at the site.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience with Windows 7 OS.
  • Good understanding of AD and smart hands and feet support.
  • Experience with Service management tools, such as Service Now.
  • Strong expertise in EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Lync, VPN, and mobile device support.
  • Awareness of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request, and related activities.
  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a three-year college or technical school with an emphasis in electronics required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
