Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Kommunikations-Spezialisten, der sich auf Change und Nachhaltigkeit spezialisiert hat. Als Teil des globalen Brands & Communication Teams bist du verantwortlich für die interne und externe Kommunikation der edding Gruppe.

Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Kommunikationsstrategie unter Berücksichtigung der profit-for Strategie der edding Gruppe
  • Weiterentwicklung der internen Kommunikation und -kanäle, speziell für alle Change-relevanten Projekte
  • Content-Erstellung und -aufbereitung für diverse Kanäle und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von kurzfristigen Kommunikationsanlässen
  • Einführung von Kommunikationsplänen in Abstimmung mit dem Corporate Sustainability Team und dem Changemanagement
  • Redaktionelle Begleitung der internen und externen Sustainability Updates
  • Schnittstelle zu Group Strategy & Project Management mit Fokus auf environmental Sustainability Kommunikation
  • Aufbau eines starken internen Netzwerks und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Change, Corporate Sustainability, Group Strategy und den Sustainability Tribes der Business Units
Das ist Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketingkommunikation oder Geisteswissenschaften
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Change- und Unternehmenskommunikation
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit(-skommunikation) wünschenswert
  • Operative Beherrschung aller Textformen der externen Kommunikation
  • Besonders ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsvermögen
  • Spaß an organisatorischen Aufgaben sowie sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten im globalen Brands & Communication Team
  • Ausgezeichnetes Ausdrucksvermögen auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort & Schrift
