Billing Officer Role
We are seeking a skilled Billing Officer to join our team at Austin Bright. As a Billing Officer, you will be responsible for managing the full billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This includes reviewing invoices in line with internal procedures and client agreements, overseeing e-billing processes and payment follow-up, monitoring client budgets and unbilled fees, and preparing monthly reports for management.
Your Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor client budgets and unbilled fees.
- Prepare monthly reports for management.
- Collaborate with the collection team to handle payments.
- Address internal and external billing-related queries.
Your Profile:
- 3 to 4 years of billing experience in a Luxembourg law firm.
- Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and proactive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of VAT regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
