Learning & Development Manager (f/m/x) - Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Manager (f/m/x) to join our team at Sidekick Health Germany GmbH. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that support the growth and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support the achievement of our company goals.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Design and implement e-learning platforms and training materials that support the growth and development of our employees.
- Support the People Partners in identifying and analyzing the further training and development needs of employees and recommending appropriate measures that support the achievement of the company goals.
- Create internal processes and policies and maintain them.
- Take care of training documentations.
- Help form performance management features in the software we use.
- You have a university degree in Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or Sociology or equivalent working experience.
- You have experience in a professional company setting and have worked in the field of talent/career development at least for 2-3 years.
- You have a sound business knowledge and interest in trends and innovations in the field of learning & development.
- You have a strong understanding of HR, whereby experience in the start-up/scale-up environment is an advantage.
- You are a communicative, open-minded personality with a hands-on mentality.
- You have a high level of organizational skills and discretion.
- You are intrinsically motivated to improve the health of others.
- You are solution-oriented and a creative problem solver.
- You are able to shift between working in a collaborative team environment and working independently.
- You are fluent German and English (in written and spoken).
