Job Title: Corporate Officer - Fiduciary Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Officer to join our team at Abiomis. As a Corporate Officer - Fiduciary Expert, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day legal administration of SOPARFI/Holdings, including reviewing and drafting legal documentation, organizing board and shareholder meetings, and handling administrative tasks such as publishing annual accounts and statutory changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of SOPARFI/Holdings, providing expert legal administration services.
  • Review and draft legal documentation, including contracts and agreements.
  • Organize board and shareholder meetings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including publishing annual accounts and statutory changes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Officer in a similar environment.
  • Strong language skills in French and English.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
