Job Title: Construction Manager

At Digital Realty, we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects related to data centre facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Cost Management: Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
