About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Curriculum Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing education solutions for instructor-led, virtual training, and online eLearning using instructional design principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop education solutions for Gas Chromatography customer training development, including laboratories, lectures, eLearning modules, eManuals, assessments, videos, webinars, and animations.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts to resolve curriculum and course content, including product support, product managers, regional specialists, customers, and industry leaders.
  • Adhere to training development standards, guidelines, quality, and regulatory requirements as indicated by the Learning Service's product life cycle.
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise in the areas of Gas Chromatography and analytical chemistry methodology.
  • Project manage education product development with vendors and consultants.
  • Support the deployment of courses to local delivery organizations to ensure a seamless transition from R&D to delivery.
  • Deliver select training through a variety of mediums, including video and virtual modalities.
  • Lead and participate in various projects to support improvements in the development and delivery function of the customer education business, testing new forms of delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in a related field, such as analytical chemistry.
  • Several years of relevant work experience, including specific experience working in/around regulated laboratory environments.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Agilent OpenLab CDS software platform.
  • Knowledge of Agilent Gas Chromatography systems and techniques, including method workflows and GC method development.
  • Practical experience with Agilent GC troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
