Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Travel Management to join our team at CYBEX GMBH. As a key member of our mobility team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing business travel for top management, ensuring compliance with company policies and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage business travel itineraries for top management, ensuring adherence to travel policies and compliance requirements.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall satisfaction of business travelers.
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized travel itineraries for top management.
  • Provide support in understanding and fulfilling entry requirements and visa procedures for business travel, staying informed about the latest visa regulations and ensuring compliance with international travel regulations.
  • Support the regular review and update of travel guidelines to ensure alignment with company policies and industry best practices, and communicate changes effectively.
  • Collaborate with the mobility team to address any challenges and contribute to the overall effectiveness of mobility services.
  • Assist in managing travel budgets and expenses efficiently, identifying cost-saving opportunities and negotiating favorable terms with travel service providers.
  • Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms for the organization.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans for unexpected travel disruptions or emergencies, providing timely assistance and guidance to travelers in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business travel coordination or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of travel management systems and industry best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
