Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Assistant Leader to join our team. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Management System Development: Assist in the development and implementation of our quality management system, including HACCP protocols and procedures.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular quality control checks and audits to ensure compliance with our quality policy and objectives.
  • Leadership and Representation: Represent the Quality Assurance team in meetings and discussions with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports on quality control activities, quality-related processes, and areas for improvement.
  • Process Control and Monitoring: Coordinate and conduct process control checks, monitor quality parameters, and maintain documentation.
  • Hygiene and Sanitation: Conduct hygiene and sanitation rounds, evaluate results, and implement corrective actions.
  • Product Testing and Analysis: Coordinate and conduct product testing and analysis, including microbiological testing.
  • Quality Improvement Initiatives: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
  • Customer Complaints and Issues: Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues related to quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field, or equivalent experience in a quality-related role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of quality management systems, HACCP protocols, and food safety regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive and results-driven, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
