We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operational Excellence Manager to join our team at the Aenova Group, a leading contract manufacturer and developer for the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities
  • Shape and maintain Continuous Improvement frameworks and methodologies, ensuring best practices are implemented site-wide.
  • Develop and deliver Operational Excellence training programs to enhance knowledge management systems and community engagement.
  • Identify cross-cutting issues and develop solutions to address them, coordinating deployment across supply chain, S&OP processes, and engineering teams.
  • Build Lean Management expertise and advise internal customers on standardized approaches to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
  • A track record of leading transformative operational implementations, with expertise in lean dimensions and transformation approaches.
  • Strong stakeholder management, C-level experience, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent project management, team management, and coaching skills, with ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and professional development opportunities.

Location

This role is based in Starnberg, Germany, with willingness to travel as required.
