Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Microbiologist to join our Quality Control Microbiology department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize test protocols, methods, and specifications for the analysis of commercial customer products, active ingredients, and raw materials.
• Evaluate and check compliance with cGMP guidelines for product and starting material analysis.
• Analyze and resolve analytical problems.
• Prepare documents for device validation.
• Organize work processes efficiently, adhering to LEAN and 6S criteria.
• Process change controls, deviations, OOT/OOS events, and notable findings.
• Communicate and discuss with specialist departments and customers.
• Determine quality indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology, molecular biology, biotechnology, or a related field.
• Professional experience in quality control or related areas in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on analytical equipment validation and qualification.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical, analytical, and regulatory principles (GMP).
• Excellent organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
