**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Team Lead in Kempten. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in our store.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement visual merchandising plans and ensure a consistent store image.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the fashion and footwear industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques, including visual merchandising and customer engagement.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
