Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der zeitgerechten Warenannahme sowie der termingerechten Kommissionierung und Verladung aller Kundenaufträge am Standort.
  • Zudem übernehmen Sie die Lagerplatzverwaltung und überprüfen die Bestandsgenauigkeit.
  • Die permanente Inventur fällt in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Bei Verzögerungen ergreifen Sie umgehend Maßnahmen zur Beseitigung und packen direkt mit an.
  • Die Personalführung und -betreuung im Lagerbereich liegt in Ihren Händen.
  • Sie gewährleisten die Einhaltung der Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften.
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Mit einer erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder gleichwertigen Ausbildung bzw. entsprechender Berufserfahrung sind Sie genau richtig bei uns.
  • Gute Warenkenntnisse im Baustoffhandel wären top.
  • Sie sind eine kommunikationsstarke und offene Persönlichkeit, die gerne Entscheidungen trifft, Prozesse strukturiert umsetzt und deren Einhaltung stets im Blick hat.
  • Zugleich fällt es Ihnen leicht, positiv und motivierend auf Andere einzuwirken.
  • Sie bringen Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit sowie Führungserfahrung mit.
  • Kunden und Lieferanten gegenüber treten Sie sicher und freundlich auf.
  • Sie haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftsprogrammen sowie gute EDV-Kenntnisse.
  • Sie verfügen über einen gültigen Führerschein mind. der Klasse L sowie einen Gabelstaplerführerschein.
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und eine handlungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
