**Job Title:** Creative Director**About the Role:**

At Devoted Studios, we're on a mission to create equal opportunities for talented individuals to work on their dream games. We're seeking a skilled Creative Director to lead our artistic vision and drive the success of our projects.

This is a remote, full-time contracted position, and we're hiring in Canada and Europe. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing game ideas, crafting compelling visions, and creating engaging presentations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  1. Develop and implement game design strategies, including creative writing and design documentation.
  2. Provide game-design expertise, working with the team to define game aspects that impact the end-user.
  3. Communicate designs through clear and concise documentation.
  4. Deliver client-ready product specs.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 6+ years of game design experience.
  3. Strong familiarity with successful game-development processes and pipelines.
  4. Experience with development tools (Jira, Confluence, Excel, etc.).
  5. Experience with best-in-class game development in any capacity (art, design, math, development, production, etc.).
