We are seeking a highly skilled Ocean Export Coordinator to join our team at Crane Worldwide Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring ocean freight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient movement of cargo.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and monitor ocean freight shipments to ensure timely and efficient movement of cargo
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and overseas stations to ensure seamless logistics operations
* Conduct thorough research to identify the most profitable mode of shipment while meeting customer requirements
* Prepare and process documents necessary for export, import, and customs clearance
* Track and trace cargo to ensure proper movement and delivery
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with operational KPIs
* Participate in mandatory internal and external training to enhance knowledge and skills
* Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

* 3 years of industry experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and FCPA regulations
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
