Technical Helpdesk Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Klinikum Lippe GmbH. As a key member of our Information Technology department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective resolution to IT-related issues and requests via phone, email, and in-person support.
• Manage and prioritize tickets in our Field Service Management system to ensure efficient resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize resource allocation, complaint handling, and escalation management to improve overall IT service quality.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all incidents, reports, and analyses to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update our IT knowledge base and create procedures for recurring issues.
• Prioritize and manage tickets, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Relevant education and experience in the IT field.
• Proven track record of working in an IT helpdesk or user support role.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals, LAN, and TCP/IP.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Outlook.
• Excellent German and basic English language skills.
• Ability to work on-site with our internal customers.
