Your Role as a Revenue Recognition Working Student
As part of our Global Accounting, Reporting & Tax team, you will gain valuable experience in revenue recognition under IFRS guidelines. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial success of a global leader in enterprise software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the analysis of Stand-alone Selling Price (SSP) under IFRS guidelines.
- Support documentation, research, and training initiatives related to revenue recognition for new business models.
- Contribute to the updating of our Accounting Guideline.
Your Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in IT and coding skills or experience with Microsoft Power Automate is preferred.
- Fluent English language skills; German language skills are a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Meet Your Team:
You will be part of the Corporate Revenue Recognition Team within the Global Accounting, Reporting & Tax department. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of SAP's IFRS accounting and external financial reporting under German and U.S. law.
