Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Agile Team Coach to provide guidance and support to the agile team in adopting and implementing agile methodologies.
- Work closely with team members to identify and address challenges and roadblocks in the agile process.
- Assist with the maintenance of essential product-related documentation.
- Ensure alignment and communication of deliverables and dependencies with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on agile processes and practices.
- Education: studies in IT, Digitalization, Software Development, Project Management, Business and Management or comparable.
- Experience and Knowledge: in software/IT platforms, project management, and Real Estate is a plus.
- Personality and Working Practice: an open, self-motivated, agile, and independent person.
- Enthusiasm for IT, digitalization, and people.
- Languages: very good in English and German.
This is a part-time position (10-15 hours/week) for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be enrolled at a university and have a valid work and residence permit.
