Job Responsibilities

As a Project Manager/Engineer for Vehicle Development and Innovation, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and ensuring the goals of your project team, including degree of completion, quality, cost targets, and deadlines.
  • Documenting project progress and implementing corrective measures in case of deviations.
  • Controlling and monitoring budgets.
  • Preparing decision templates, project presentations, and documentation.
  • Representing your project team in internal and customer committees.
  • Shaping the mobility of tomorrow and the Software Defined Vehicle (SDV).
  • Developing systems, functions, or E/E components in the field of driver assistance systems, connectivity, infotainment, electric powertrain, and battery management.
  • Supporting your team with advice and support in development tasks in the context of exciting and challenging development projects at well-known automotive OEMs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Initial experience in leading and managing project teams.
  • Completed engineering studies in the field of automotive engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable course of study.
  • Enthusiasm and enjoyment in the development and work on the vehicle.
  • Ideal experience in modern vehicle networking and the use of vector or ETAS tools (e.g. CANoe or CANape).
  • A high level of quality awareness and commitment.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.
