Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our digital product team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of transportation management.
About the Role:As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems. You will work closely with our product specialists, UX designers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Kafka.
- Collaborate with the product team to define and implement business requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of our cloud-native environment using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Work closely with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
- Professional experience in software development, preferably in a cloud-native environment.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Kafka.
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design.
