What You'll Do as a Residential Area Manager:

• Lead and manage a dedicated team of caregivers, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, ensuring their well-being and quality of life.
• Oversee daily operations within the residential facility, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing innovative practices.

Your Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse or equivalent qualification in Health and Nursing.
• Experience in residential care settings, demonstrating a strong understanding of best practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with residents, families, and staff.
