Job Responsibilities
- Responsible site management in collaboration with the construction manager.
- Coordination and supervision of construction projects, including resource allocation and subcontractor management.
- Achieving technical and financial project objectives.
- Quality control and monitoring of construction schedules.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Supervision of subcontractors and participation in site inspections.
Requirements
- Completed training as a construction foreman or master craftsman.
- Independent, forward-thinking, and results-oriented approach to project execution.
- Willingness to take responsibility for deadlines and costs.
- Experience in leading and instructing staff and subcontractors.
- Valid driver's license.
- Punctuality, flexibility, and reliability.
- Conscientious and self-reliant work ethic.
- Team player with a passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous learning.
