Strategic Communication: Spearhead the formulation of area- and project-specific communication strategies and concepts, with a strong emphasis on change communication, to propel organizational goals and motivate action. Insightful Navigator: Discern fundamental issues and desired outcomes from communication initiatives, utilizing data and insights to guide strategic decision-making and enhance results. Content Crafting Maestro: Oversee internal communication channels, from composing compelling texts to producing engaging content, ensuring alignment with editorial plans and brand standards. Trusted Advisor: Offer independent and proactive counsel on communication matters, assisting the Managing Director & team in strategic planning and delivering audience-specific messages and formats. Partnership Cultivator: Collaborate with external service providers and agencies, briefing and managing relationships to deliver high-quality communication solutions that resonate with our audience and drive business impact. Business Savvy Communicator: Grasp the underlying business objectives behind communication plans, translating them into actionable strategies that foster organizational success.Preferred Qualifications:
Reliability and Initiative: Proven track record of dependability, goal orientation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating a high degree of initiative in achieving objectives. Data Guardianship: Display trustworthy handling of sensitive data, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all communication-related activities. Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong spelling and grammar abilities, enabling seamless creation and delivery of communication materials. Language Mastery: Fluent in both German and English, facilitating effective communication across diverse audiences and channels.
