Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sustainable Travel and Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our outreach and networking efforts, fostering relationships with industry stakeholders, and contributing to our blog.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with various industry stakeholders, including travel organizations, hotels, and sustainability managers.
  • Outreach and Networking: Reach out to potential customer groups, such as performing artists and small to medium-sized businesses, to promote our sustainable travel app and other initiatives.
  • Feedback and Analysis: Collect and analyze feedback from potential customers about our products and initiatives, including our sustainable travel app, the Native Narrative blog, and the Sustainable Travel Detective Club.
  • Pitch Preparation: Assist in preparing pitches and additional material for stakeholders, adapting messages to different audiences and evaluating achievements strategically.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to our blog by proofreading texts and implementing them into WordPress, utilizing tools like Divi Builder.
  • Research and Outreach: Research and contact responsible individuals within organizations regarding travel organization, and connect with sustainability managers to understand their needs and how to address them.
  • Industry Insights: Gain insights into the hospitality industry by reaching out to hotel managers and sustainability officers.
Requirements
  • Interest in Sustainable Travel: Passion for sustainable travel and eco-friendly practices.
  • Research and Relationship Management: Strong research and relationship management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with or willingness to learn WordPress and Divi Builder.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt messages for different audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for evaluating feedback and progress.
  • Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
