Dormakaba is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team and provide exceptional technical support for our door systems and access control solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of products at customer sites throughout the designated region. Your expertise will ensure smooth operation and optimal performance of our cutting-edge security technology.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site maintenance and repair of door systems and access control devices, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices.
  • Install new products according to specifications, providing clear instructions and training to customers.
  • Manage your assigned service territory independently, effectively prioritizing tasks and optimizing travel routes.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell maintenance contracts, upgrades, and spare parts, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, resolving their inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in scheduled on-call rotations, ensuring prompt response to urgent service requests.
  • Utilize computer systems for scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records of all service activities.
