Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Hamburg-Allermöhe. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the rollout of our OMNI Channel ambitions, focusing on our Warehouse Management System, Transportation Management System, and other relevant background and integrations systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and execute the rollout of our OMNI Channel ambitions
  • Input for template building, performing user acceptance testing, and go-live activities
  • Work hands-on with designing, testing, and delivering changes to processes and their documentation
  • Participate in workshops and perform reviews of processes and systems together with customers
  • Prepare and facilitate trainings for Super and End Users, assuring proper documentation is being used and users are able to operate new systems as expected
  • Internal and external stakeholder management will be key in this role
Requirements:
  • Experience handling warehouse management systems
  • Knowledge of agile ways of working and Scrum
  • Highly developed analytical, facilitator, and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office, especially in Excel and Visio
  • Fluent verbal and written skills in English
About the Role

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be located in our EMEA Distribution Center, the heart of Pandora's supply chain in EMEA. Currently, the DC is going through an agile transformation as we are moving from our current systems to a new supplier. You will be working closely with all parts of the DC, especially also with our Agile delivery teams to support a smooth go-live as much as possible.
