Sustainability Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Project Manager to join our team at MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. in Frankfurt am Main. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our European headquarters and driving our sustainability initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify relevant EU regulations in the field of EU Green Deal/ESG, including REACH, IMDS, CSRD Reporting, and Corporate due diligence.
  • Implement policies and procedures for technical and environmental compliance across all business units.
  • Monitor and investigate legal requirements relevant to our products and distribution process to the market.
  • Present key results and compliance status to top management on a regular basis.
  • Conduct other projects/tasks as requested in the team regarding ESG-related topics.
Requirements
  • University bachelor/master's degree in a relevant field, such as Materials/Chemical/Environmental engineering, Sustainability management, or Compliance management.
  • Working experience in the automotive industry, preferably in sustainability management or a comparable qualification.
  • General project management expertise in a complex supply chain.
  • Sound understanding of automotive products and technical/legal requirements related to the European Green Deal.
  • Ability to interpret regulation and develop compliance processes for business implementation.
  • Full IT literacy, including MS Office and strong Excel skills.
  • Fluent in Business English, with additional languages (Korean, German) welcome.
