About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing backends and platforms with modern tools and languages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient backend systems using modern technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy cloud-based platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technological developments in the field of developer productivity.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve developer experience.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code is delivered.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong experience with GoLang, Kubernetes, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Knowledge of microservice architectures, application security, and continuous integration.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
