Our specialisms include onshore and offshore wind, green hydrogen, solar, grid, storage, and infrastructure. The work we do for our clients is crucial to making the energy transition possible.

Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for high-achieving graduates with a desire to learn. The ideal candidates should have an understanding of different renewable energy systems, be able to write cohesive reports, enjoy collaborating across multi-discipline teams, and be good communicators with internal and external stakeholders.

ISCED Level 6 Bachelors (minimum) or Level 7 Masters (preferred) Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Process, Mechanical, or similar). This is an entry-level role, degree-qualified incumbents will typically have less than two years of experience.

Awareness of green hydrogen and 'Power to X' technologies and potential offtake routes, knowledge of trends and economic conditions affecting the renewables and wider clean energy industry, ability to comprehend and interpret technical information, and graduate-level competence in the application of standards, processes, and procedures.

Good level of general computer literacy and basic familiarity with some relevant specialist engineering software. Personal attributes include ability to communicate clearly verbally and in written form, enthusiastic, conscientious, and keen to learn, high level of awareness and commitment to safety, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, highly motivated, and demonstrates personal initiative.

The right to work in Germany, European driving license, and currently located in Germany and either in Hamburg or willing to move to Hamburg.
