Technical Onboarding Expert for B2B Partners

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to join our team as a Technical Onboarding Expert. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless integration of new partners into our B2B ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical onboarding process for new business partners within our B2B model.
  • Activate and implement new service offerings for existing partners, driving their success with our platform.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to successful completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Foster strong communication channels between partners and our technical team, facilitating a collaborative and efficient workflow.
  • Gather and document detailed business partner requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications.

Your Profile:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related technical field.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in customer relationship management within a B2B environment.
  • Exhibit a customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills in both English and German.
