Business Development Director

We are a fast-growing, innovative startup in the e-commerce logistics industry seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Berlin.
As a key player in our European expansion, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, converting cold leads into potential business, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Ensuring continuous deal flow for yourself and our international sales teams
- Organizing and executing online and onsite meetings with potential clients
- Preparing and delivering presentations on our products and services
- Participating in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company
- Collaborating with team members to drive continuous improvement and achieve outstanding results

The ideal candidate will have:
- German mother tongue and fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Fantastic organizational skills
- Experience in sales outreach via social media, email, and phone
- First-hand experience in telemarketing or inside sales is a plus
- High interpersonal skills and ability to identify customer needs
- Results-driven personality with efficient time management

In return for your hard work and dedication, we estimate a salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
