Job Title: Student Assistant in Real Estate Asset Management (m|w|d)

MEAG, a prominent member of the Munich Re Group, is recognized as one of the leading Asset Management firms globally. We are seeking a working student to become part of our Real Estate Asset Management team in Germany.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare presentations, perform feasibility analyses, and evaluate properties
  • Assist in research for property transactions, manage digital data rooms, and support property handover processes
  • Contribute to the identification of ESG/sustainability issues at the property level and aid in reporting/documentation for Real Estate Asset Management
  • Provide support for specialty retail and commercial property projects

Your Qualifications:

  • Studying Business or Real Estate
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
