We're seeking a talented IT Solutions Manager to join our Service-Line 'Securities – XeNTIS'. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for customizing the XeNTIS-platform, developing reporting scripts, and supporting project coordination in the fund administration environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Customize the XeNTIS-platform, focusing on business rules and reporting scripts
  • Support project coordination and 2nd-level support for fund administration environment
  • Collaborate with software provider Profidata for 3rd-level support and issue clarification
  • Manage requirements and concerns from shared functional application owners and specialist departments
  • Oversee authorization management, including user role creation and administration
Your Ideal Profile:
  • Multiple years of experience in IT environments, preferably in brokerage houses, capital management companies, or custodians
  • Strong technical affinity with applications and systems, including marketable investment management systems and FINAL-reporting language
  • Knowledge of databases, DB modeling, SQL-queries, and APEX
  • ITIL (V4) and ITSM-processes, with experience in Confluence, JIRA, or USU
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in German and English
