Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complex Deposit Manager to join our team at Fondsdepot Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and processing complex deposit transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process complex deposit transactions, including inheritance and estate matters
  • Review and process incoming documents, such as wills and inheritance certificates
  • Communicate with clients, advisors, and authorities to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Perform quality control and assurance tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify and resolve any errors or inconsistencies in the processing of complex deposits

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in the banking, insurance, or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of investment products and services is an asset
  • Sachkundenachweis (German certification) is desirable
