Senior Software Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our international team at Danfoss. As a key member of our software development organization, you will be responsible for refining software requirements, providing development estimates, designing, and implementing software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within an agile development organization and be accountable for refining software requirements, providing development estimates, designing, and implementing software.
- Design, develop, and test front- and microservice-based backend components, based on the newest C# version and the corresponding toolsets.
- Be responsible for creating high-quality code to support the roadmap from maintenance to new feature/product development.
- Be part of a 2nd/3rd Level support for our own global software solution.
Requirements:
- University degree in the field of Information Technology or comparable.
- Several years of working experience in using C# and.NET (core) Framework as well as databases (e.g., MS-SQL or Oracle).
- Well-versed in Clean Code Development (CCD) and the usage of programming design patterns (e.g., GoF or SOLID).
- Experience in working with Containers (e.g., Docker).
- Attentive to details, driven to problem-solving, and adaptive to new technologies and best practices.
- Ability for occasional European or international travel activities.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
