Commercial Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Commercial Clerk to join our team at POLYGON Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our accounts receivable management team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient collection of payments from customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform weekly dunning runs to identify and pursue outstanding payments
- Establish and maintain effective communication with debtors to resolve payment issues
- Clarify and process complaints in a professional and courteous manner
**Requirements:**
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of legal principles in sales tax law, insolvency law, and dunning process
- Strong organizational skills, cost awareness, and assertiveness
- Excellent German language skills
- Proficient in MS Office products
