Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute new social media campaigns from scratch
  • Take ownership of content creation for all company social media accounts, including designing cross-platform content strategies
  • Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas, and memes, then capitalize on those trends through our social media presence
  • Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content
  • Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
Requirements
  • Current enrollment in a related Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
  • Strong communication skills in English and German
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, including ongoing education on new marketing tactics and tools
  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Hardworking and dedicated outlook
  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
  • Experience with content creation is a plus, even if not professionally
