Technical Field Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Application Engineer to join our team at Fluke. As a Technical Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers.
Responsibilities- Perform field service data collection, routing, and reporting.
- Conduct incoming inspection, shipment setup, on-site installation, and training for eddy current flaw detectors.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and repair of eddy current flaw detectors.
- Set up, install, and train customers on flux leakage testing equipment.
- Provide pre-service technical support, product education, and after-sales support services.
- Service equipment as needed.
- Select and install localized equipment.
- Hold an engineering degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Have good oral and written English and German proficiency.
- Be able to work effectively under tight deadlines and have a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Have good organizational and time management skills.
- Be able to respond to urgent domestic and international travel needs.
- Familiarity with Windows PC hardware and software is required.
- Ability to work overtime as required and have a valid driver's license.
- Basic networking knowledge is necessary.
- Ability to read electric circuit diagrams and drawings.
- Designing electrical schematics is a plus.
