Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused sales associate to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our sales team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales team in achieving sales goals by assisting with daily sales activities, such as restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and making product recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
