  • Support and maintenance of IT customer infrastructures in the area of end devices, hardware, and printers
  • Analysis and resolution of faults on site as well as rollout support
  • Installation and configuration of hardware and software via remote or on-site support
  • Technical escalation management and support in the IT service desk or help desk
  • Maintenance of documentation and optimization of processes

Requirements
  • Technical vocational training or retraining in the IT sector, e.g. as a computer scientist for system integration (m/w/d), IT system technician (m/w/d), IT system electronics technician (m/w/d), IT service technician (m/w/d), etc.
  • At least five years of professional experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current client and server operating systems in the Windows environment
  • Good German language skills and ideally English language skills
  • Driving license (class B)
