Senior Manager Internal Controls

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Internal Controls to join our team at FRESENIUS_HELIOS_HOSPITALS.
About the Role
- You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Internal Control System (ICS) to ensure the integrity and reliability of our financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- You will work closely with our Corporate Governance team to identify and mitigate risks, and develop and implement controls to ensure the effectiveness of our ICS.
- You will be the primary point of contact for our business units and stakeholders on all matters related to internal controls and risk management.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that our ICS is aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- You will work closely with our audit team to ensure that our ICS is effective in preventing and detecting material misstatements in our financial reports.
- You will be responsible for providing training and guidance to our employees on internal controls and risk management.
About You
- You have a strong background in internal controls and risk management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to internal controls and risk management.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, business units, and stakeholders.
- You have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- You have a strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- You have a strong understanding of audit procedures and internal control systems.
