Global Category Manager Procurement IT

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Category Manager Procurement IT to join our team at Siegwerk. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global IT procurement strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement global IT procurement strategies to identify cost-saving opportunities, risk mitigation, and innovation within the IT procurement category.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key IT suppliers, manage performance, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Analyze market trends, benchmark pricing, and negotiate competitive agreements to optimize IT while ensuring quality and reliability.
- Identify new sourcing opportunities, conduct market research, and assess potential suppliers to diversify the supply chain and enhance competitiveness.
- Draft, review, and manage IT procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT departments and stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives and IT requirements.
- Assess and mitigate risks related to IT procurement, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulations.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- More than 3 years of experience in IT procurement or category management on a global scale.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of IT products, services, and market trends, familiarity with procurement software and tools.
