As an Aircraft Electrician, your primary duties will include:
- Executing the removal and installation of electrical components across various platforms, adhering to technical documentation and mechanical & electrical schematics.
- Managing the disconnection and reconnection of wires, cables, and elements that comprise control systems and electrical or electromagnetic devices.
- Ensuring the integrity of electrical connections through wire stripping, crimping, connector assembly, and heat shrink application.
- Installing and maintaining electrical equipment effectively.
- Verifying the compliance of your work by referencing the technical documentation provided with each work order.
- Upholding FOD (Foreign Object Damage) and safety regulations.
- Maintaining the integrity of aircraft systems and promptly reporting any discrepancies to your supervisor.
- Contributing to ongoing production improvements aimed at reducing work order processing time and enhancing quality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A completed training program as an aircraft electrician or a comparable qualification, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the aviation sector.
- A strong commitment to quality and a responsible approach to work.
- Proficiency in English at a B1/B2 level.
- A flexible attitude, with a willingness to work early or late shifts, as well as weekends.
