EGYM GmbH is a global fitness technology leader, providing innovative solutions for the fitness and health industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Engineering Project Manager to join our international team in Munich, Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects for the development of smart fitness equipment, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Hardware Engineering Teams, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to build roadmaps based on our product development processes.
  • Set short-term goals while keeping sight of a long-term strategy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Evaluate and improve product development processes, driving change and transformation through agile methodologies and classic project management tools.
  • Oversee the development stages and ensure continuous monitoring of project phases.
  • Assess and present the current project status, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of hands-on project management experience in product development, manufacturing, or engineering.
  • A university degree in engineering or a related field.
  • A deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing hardware product development.
  • Experience driving process improvements and managing organizational change.
  • A pragmatic, proactive approach, eager to take the lead and share knowledge and ideas.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus.
