Job Summary

Rotork is seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing customer ownership, sales activity, and building relationships with distributors to increase profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage individual territories and sales forecasting across accounts
  • Provide technical advice to customers and execute sales delivery in designated end markets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales forecasts and KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Requirements

  • Degree or recognized qualification in Engineering
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Sales experience in manufacturing, preferably in industrial engineering
  • Knowledge and experience of sales techniques
  • Charismatic and inspiring personality with strong entrepreneurial flair and business acumen
