Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support department, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving software and hardware issues related to NT-ware products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between our customers' technical teams and our third-level support team, as well as the operations team.
  • Focus on identifying and resolving software and hardware problems affecting NT-ware products and their functionality.
  • Provide installation and troubleshooting assistance to customers worldwide.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including DNS, routing, and proxy services.
  • Experience as an administrator with Microsoft operating systems (client and server).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, such as Azure and AWS.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
