About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's accounts payable process, including processing invoices, checking for accuracy, and ensuring timely payment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and laws affecting accounts payable processes.
Requirements
- Successful completion of commercial training, such as an industrial clerk program.
- Professional experience in the field of accounts payable, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent user knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
- Fluent written and spoken German.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of commitment and attention to detail.
