Here's what you can look forward to:

  • In this position, you will lead a team of six to ten people with a focus on managing and developing applications for regulatory reporting.
  • Within regulatory reporting, your team is responsible for active lifecycle management and process control.
  • You have a clear vision for your team members and the applications you are responsible for - this is reflected in the knowledge building and development of team members.
  • By delegating responsibility in a sovereign manner, you build a motivating work environment.
  • With a DevOps approach, you always keep in mind the future-oriented cooperation with departments and within IT.
  • You actively manage the change pipeline for the applications and processes under your responsibility - taking into account, among other things, functional requirements, IT security, and housekeeping aspects.
  • Finally, you establish cross-functional roles within the leadership team of the department and ensure networking beyond departmental boundaries.

Here's what we're looking forward to:

  • A successful completed study, e.g. business administration or computer science, with several years of professional experience in the banking sector or in large IT units.
  • Excellent knowledge of project work from cross-functional projects as well as experience with agile methods.
  • Experience in disciplinary and lateral leadership - ideally in teams with high diversity.
  • Proficiency in IT project management - preferably with a focus on increasing the standardization level of applications or platforms.
  • High organizational and communicative skills in cooperation with different stakeholders (internal/external).
  • Knowledge of banking business processes, information security, data protection, outsourcing control (EBA governance).
  • Good English in word and writing.
