Overview

At Entrix GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Architect to lead our optimization platform development. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and strategic vision to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of our cloud-based optimization platform, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand stakeholder needs and industry trends, driving the creation of groundbreaking technical solutions.
  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of our end-to-end optimization platform, encompassing data ingestion, processing, optimization logic implementation, and more.
  • Mentor and guide team members, enhancing their workflows with your extensive knowledge and experience.
  • Define and promote engineering best practices, educating engineers and data scientists on designing and delivering maintainable, iterative solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering (Backend and algorithmic) in the cloud.
  • 3+ years of experience with Python, including object-oriented design.
  • 4+ years of experience in onboarding, mentoring, and coaching colleagues in junior and mid-level positions.
  • Proactivity in understanding industry trends and business complementary to technical experience.
  • Proven track record of pragmatic delivery and strategic project execution.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, especially with Product and Data Science teams.
